Sutsa Cake Bar & Studio presents a workshop designed to give you the skills to handcraft miniature versions of all your 24 favourite yumcha foods.
In this workshop, you will:
- Learn to achieve perfect coloured fondant
- Learn to mould, shape and build fondant figurines
- Learn the artistry of “cake up” effects using powders
- Learn to create textures on fondants using tools

Who is Amanda?
Amanda is the owner and head patisserie chef of Sutsa Cake Bar & Studio. Amanda has demonstrated experience creating customised cake designs for close to ten years and counting – from birthday to weddings and everything in between. She opened Sutsa Cake Bar & Studio in Fairfield in 2018. Amanda runs a number of public workshops and private workshops from the studio.
